Nicole Millar

2016 has been shaping up to be a huge year for Nicole Millar. Following her solo performance at Splendour in the Grass in July to an overflowing Tiny Dancer tent, to performing in front of tens of thousands of fans on a nationwide stadium and arena tour with Troye Sivan, Nicole’s finesse as a live solo artist, continues to rise from strength to strength.

Today the Sydney-based songwriter announces her largest tour to date - including her first ever all ages show in Sydney. The Signals Australian Tour sees Nicole and her live band travel across the country from early October, performing at Yours & Owls festival in Wollongong, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Newcastle – before finally landing in Western Australia for Southbound festival.

Earlier this year, Nicole released her debut Tremble EP. The title track “Tremble” received rave support from radio, and became the most played song on triple j for several weeks running. To date, “Tremble” has clocked up close to five million Spotify streams, after hitting #2 on the Spotify USA viral charts.

After recently featuring on the Hype Machine top five-club jam “Better” alongside American producer Sweater Beats – Nicole has been busy preparing new music for her second EP, with the first taste “Signals” due to arrive early next month via EMI.

Having achieved multiple career highs already – including winning an ARIA and performing with Peking Duk at Splendour in the Grass, to releasing her first ever solo EP – 2016 is set to continue Nicole’s winning streak, as she performs live on her largest ever Signals Australian tour this October.
